Area of specialization: | I provide care for patients with a wide range of medical conditions, but my core areas of interest include diabetes management, cardiology, infectious diseases, and stroke care. I focus on early diagnosis, evidence-based treatment, and long-term prevention strategies. Whether managing chronic conditions or acute medical issues, I aim to deliver personalized, holistic care that supports each patient’s recovery and improves their overall quality of life. |
Achievements: | I was awarded second prize for a clinical case presentation at a cardiac conference in 2017. This recognition reflected my commitment to detailed clinical observation and evidence-based cardiology. Presenting that case deepened my interest in cardiovascular medicine and strengthened my approach to managing complex cardiac conditions with clarity, precision, and patient-focused care. |
I am a Consultant Physician and Diabetologist, currently practicing at Shree Krishna Hrudayalaya and Critical Care, Nagpur, where I have been serving for the past five years. My medical approach focuses on comprehensive care for patients dealing with both acute and chronic illnesses, with a special emphasis on metabolic and lifestyle disorders such as diabetes, hypertension, and cardiovascular diseases. With a solid background in internal medicine, I manage a wide range of clinical conditions, including infectious diseases, thyroid disorders, respiratory illnesses, and gastrointestinal issues. However, my primary area of interest lies in diabetology, where I focus not just on glycemic control but also on preventing long-term complications through individualized treatment plans and lifestyle counseling. I routinely guide patients on diet, exercise, medication adherence, and regular monitoring, aiming to empower them in managing their condition effectively. Working in a critical care setting has further refined my ability to make timely decisions in high-pressure situations and provide multidisciplinary care for patients with complex, multi-organ conditions. I collaborate closely with cardiologists, nephrologists, and intensivists to ensure a coordinated treatment approach, especially for patients requiring intensive monitoring or long-term disease management. I believe that effective treatment begins with clear communication and patient education. I make it a priority to ensure that every patient understands their condition, the rationale behind the treatment plan, and the role they play in their own recovery. Whether I am managing a newly diagnosed diabetic or a patient recovering from a serious infection, I aim to deliver care that is evidence-based, compassionate, and results-oriented. Through my work at Shree Krishna Hrudayalaya, I’ve had the opportunity to build long-term relationships with patients and their families, which has been one of the most rewarding aspects of my practice. I remain committed to continuous learning, clinical excellence, and improving the quality of life of every patient I treat.
