Tridip phukan.. I was advised for ACDF surgery but I refused to do because my doctor said I can be paralyzed. But I was admitted for 1month in hospital , at first I was diagnosed for traumatic paraplegia . Now I recovered and I can walk independently around 3-4km continuously but I have pain with light touch in my back and feet and normal water too , with warm water i feel fine. And if I sit for long and if I wake up from bed also when I take yawn i have to face trembling for upto 2- 5secs. Sometimes i feel little bit pain in my neck too not much . Sometimes i feel little bit pain in my neck too not much.
