Neck Pain Along with Depression - #9939

Hi Doctor , I am having neck pain issue since last three years. For this I have consulted with neurosurgeon and he has prescribed some antidepressants like duloxetine and escitalopram along with pain medications. Have taken this treatment for almost 2 years with no improvement in neck pain. Moreover when he tried to stop antidepressants medications I was having severe withdraw symptoms like sleep issues, vivid dreams , panic attacks, headaches , tiredness etc. Then he had referred me to a psychiatrist and he has increased my dose of both dulovetine to 80 MG per day and escitalopram 10 MG per day, + lorazepam 2 MG, zolpidom 5 MG and pregabalin 75 MG twice a day. But now inspite of this heavy dosages I am facing same withdrawal symptoms ,also I am not happy at all , having overthinking issues also , but this has happened during the period of last three years only. Earlier I was fine Pls helo me for this.. as I am tired now
