Diagnosis: Blockage of the food pipe (esophagus), requiring multiple endoscopic interventions

C/O- 
Recurrent blockage of the food pipe despite endoscopic interventions (4 times).
Difficulty in swallowing (dysphagia).
Endoscopic corrections have been performed with temporary relief (1-2 days).

Work up:

1) Esophageal manometry
2) Barium Swallow X ray
