Mucus stuck/nose block - #9807

I feel something stuck in my either of Nostril On the use of saline it gets resolved 80-90% but it come back after 6-8 hours Facing this from one month It doesn't developed gradually it just came suddenly when i was lying on my bed one day it just came in 3-4 seconds like before that i never felt any problem related to my nose in my life but just after those few 4 seconds this issue started having no other symptom Also i have doubt that it may have a connection with fast breathing exercise which i did for 8-9 days before this issue arrived
