Please mention other symptoms. Thanks for sharing that—it's understandable to be worried, especially with something so personal. Based on what you described (red, ulcer-like rashes on the foreskin, no itching or pain, and present for 4 months), here are a few possibilities, but remember: only a doctor can give a proper diagnosis. Some potential causes: Balanitis – inflammation of the foreskin/head of the penis, often due to poor hygiene, irritation, or infections (bacterial or fungal). Fungal infection (like candidiasis) – common in men, especially if there's moisture trapped under the foreskin. Sexually transmitted infections (STIs): Syphilis can cause painless ulcers or sores. Herpes usually causes painful blisters, so it's less likely here. HPV or molluscum contagiosum could cause small bumps or ulcers too. Zoon’s balanitis – a chronic inflammation of the foreskin, usually in uncircumcised men, often presenting as shiny red patches. Lichen planus or lichen sclerosus – inflammatory skin conditions that can affect the genitals. Psoriasis or eczema – possible if you have a history of skin issues elsewhere on your body.
