Your symptoms of severe forehead and eye pain, inability to open your eyes during episodes, along with extreme sleep disturbance for the past 2–3 weeks, are concerning and require urgent attention. This could be due to several causes such as: - A migraine or cluster headache, which can cause intense pain in the forehead and around the eyes - Sinus-related issues, especially if the pain feels like pressure - In some cases, psychiatric or neurological conditions like anxiety, depression, or early features of a neurological issue Severe sleep deprivation itself can worsen physical symptoms and affect mental functioning. I recommend: 1. A neurological and ENT evaluation to rule out migraine, sinus, or eye-related causes 2. A psychiatric assessment, especially if there is ongoing stress, overthinking, or mood changes 3. Short-term medication- Paracetamol 500 mg SOS Early diagnosis and the right approach can help you recover faster. Please don’t delay seeking help. Warm regards, Dr. Aman Shaba Consultant Psychiatrist 7992489808
