Stooping neck - #9537

My brother is an Myasthania Gravis patient. Recently he has not feeling well with severe weakness and stooping neck so consulted Neurologist and undergone IVig treatment but although his weakness has gone but still his neck is weak and stooping and he cannot work or eat properly but the Neurologist and his medication cannot get rid of his neck problem. Please suggest treatment.
