Why my bleeding is not coming out after taking abortion pills - #9487

I'm 3-4 weeks pregnant it's a early pregnancy I'm newly married so I don't want a child this soon I'm not able to give my child a best life now so I took the abortion pills first dose mifepristone and second dose misoprostal but it's almost 24hrs and I'm not bleeding only yellowish liquid comes out with mild cramp what it means it abort or not?
