Why my bleeding is not coming out after taking abortion pills - #9486

I'm almost 3-4 weeks pregnant I'm newly married so I don't want baby this soon so I took abortion pills first dose mifepristone and second dose misoprostal but it's almost 24hrs and I'm not bleeding only yellowish liquid comes out with mild cramp what it means it's not abort??
