Hello Mr.Arvind, given your age, there could be any number of factors causing sleep disturbances. I would need further clarification of history to come to a proper diagnosis like any other psychiatric symptoms like anxiety, sadness of mood, stress and history of any drug use, alcohol use or any other associated leg movements during sleep, myoclonic jerks, nightmares and bad dreams.
