My son is 5 months old, he didnt cross double birth weight mark.he was 3.3kg at birth..now 6.1kg he is hyper active, pees more than 8+ times and poops daily.pls guide what to do? Is he in risk, why he is not gaining properly, pls can you help, my baby is exclusively breastfeed
