My 6 month baby girl has fever since 4 days only paracetamol has given but after 7hrs again fever is returning what to do? - #9344

By has 8.2wt 2.5ml p-120 given to her in every 6 hours but again fever is returning no cough cold symptoms.its the 4 th day baby is active but when fever is coming she is crying restlessly.please suggest weather any antibiotic needed or not.
