Hello sakib, As your symptoms I would say u are most probably with esophageal reflux or gerd due to loose splinter oesophagus.i would suggest to ppi inhibitors and consult gastroenterologist for further treatment

Dear Sakib, Your nausea during meals and vomiting could be due to gastric motility issues, GERD, or functional dyspepsia. Since rabeprazole and levosulpiride provided only temporary relief, further evaluation may be needed. Possible Causes & Next Steps: 1. Gastroparesis or Delayed Stomach Emptying • Continue prokinetics like levosulpiride or domperidone (consult your doctor). • Eat small, frequent meals instead of large portions. • Avoid fatty, spicy, and heavy foods that slow digestion. 2. GERD or Acid Reflux-Related Nausea • Take acid-reducing medications (PPIs like rabeprazole) before meals as prescribed. • Elevate your head while sleeping and avoid lying down right after eating. 3. Investigations Recommended • Upper GI endoscopy to check for gastritis, ulcers, or reflux damage. • Gastric emptying study if gastroparesis is suspected. Since your symptoms have persisted for a year, I recommend seeing a gastroenterologist for a detailed evaluation and long-term management plan.

Feeling nausea during meals and vomiting if you continue eating can be signs of delayed gastric emptying (gastroparesis) or functional dyspepsia. Medicines like rabeprazole (acid reducer) and levosulpiride (prokinetic) help by reducing acid and improving stomach movement, but if symptoms return after stopping them, the underlying issue may still be unresolved. Stress, irregular eating habits, fast eating, or infections can also cause or worsen this condition. To manage this long term, try eating smaller, more frequent meals, chew slowly, and avoid oily or spicy foods. Drinking warm water before meals and avoiding lying down right after eating can also help. Natural remedies like ginger tea or ajwain (carom seeds) may soothe nausea. Since the issue is recurring, it’s best to consult a gastroenterologist for further tests like an endoscopy or gastric emptying study, just to rule out deeper causes. This condition is manageable with the right treatment and lifestyle support—you’re not alone in this.
