Big blood clots after delayed period - #9249

I recently got my periods after much delay(45 days). On my first day, I saw a huge blood clot on my sanitary pad, that looked like a fish's internal organ in pale blood. I have never seen anything that big before. I had been feel a bit nausea for three days before getting period. Is this normal? Or should I rush to a doctor?
