Hi Mikku, I understand how difficult it can be to deal with painful and irregular periods. Since your symptoms improve with medication but return after stopping it, here are some steps you can take for relief and management: Suggestions: • Pain Relief: You can try Drotin-M (Drotaverine + Mefenamic Acid) as an SOS pain reliever. Take it after food, with a gap of 8 hours between doses, and avoid exceeding the recommended daily limit. • Track Your Cycle: Keep a detailed record of your symptoms, bleeding flow, and cycle length to identify patterns. • Hot Compress: Use a hot water bag or heating pad to relieve cramps naturally. • Diet and Lifestyle: A balanced diet rich in iron and magnesium, regular light exercise, and proper hydration can help regulate your cycle and reduce pain. • Relaxation Techniques: Stress can worsen hormonal imbalances, so try yoga, meditation, or other relaxation methods. When to Follow Up: If the pain and irregularity persist, I’d recommend consulting a gynecologist for further evaluation. They might suggest hormone testing, pelvic ultrasound, or other tests to identify the underlying cause and provide long-term solutions. Take care, Mikku, and I hope you find relief soon! Let me know if you need more guidance.
