Cervical disc bulge,PLL thickening, lumbar osteophyte with disc bulge, multiple disc dessication ,headache and head heaviness due to Tinnitus in one ear , lower back, neck and arm pain, leg & hand numbness, continuing gabalent nt, telma h for high BP, Please advice .
