As u want your specific area to increase,I would suggest u to do gym targeting those area and also weight gaining protein with proper diet. Instead of rapid weight gain I would suggest slow gains as it wouldn't strain your body

I would not recommend you to do the workouts in gym. Considering your condition of your chronic illness, you are easily prone to get injuries and bleeding. The weight gain, which you want to achieve, is by having a healthy diet consisting value of carbohydrates. And also, I would recommend you to take supplements of vitamins and minerals. Also, considering that you have drastically lost weight, I would suggest you to visit the nearest hospital for further investigating your case

Since you have Giant Platelet Disorder, your weight gain plan should be carefully structured to ensure adequate nutrition without increasing the risk of bleeding or other complications. Here are some additional considerations: 1. Nutrition Adjustments for Giant Platelet Disorder Iron and Vitamin B12 Intake: Since platelet disorders can sometimes lead to anemia, ensure you get enough iron-rich foods like leafy greens, lentils, and lean meats, along with vitamin B12 sources such as eggs, dairy, and fortified cereals. Omega-3 Caution: While healthy fats are important for weight gain, limit excessive omega-3 intake (found in fish oil, flaxseeds, and walnuts) as it can have mild blood-thinning effects. Adequate Hydration: Proper hydration supports healthy blood circulation and overall well-being. 2. Exercise Modifications Strength Training is Safe: Since you're looking to gain in the breast and butt area, weight training is ideal. However, avoid excessive strain that could lead to bruising or injuries due to platelet irregularities. Avoid High-Impact Activities: Activities with a high risk of falls or injury, like heavy contact sports, should be done with caution. Stick to controlled strength exercises instead. 3. Monitoring and Medical Support Regular Blood Tests: Keep track of your platelet levels and overall blood health with periodic checkups. Consult a Hematologist: Before making major changes to your diet or exercise, consider discussing them with a specialist to ensure they align with your medical condition. Your weight gain plan is achievable with these modifications. Let me know if you’d like a specific meal plan tailored to your condition. Warm regards, Dr. Aman Shaba Consultant Neuropsychiatrist & Sexual Medicine Specialist
