Schmerzen beim Analverkehr - #10223
ich habe seit einiger Zeit Schmerzen beim Analverkehr, obwohl ich viel Gleitgel (Silikonbasiert) benutze, sehr langsam bin und regelmäßig dehne (bis zu 4 Finger). Ich möchte Bottom sein, aber es tut fast immer weh und ich habe keinen Spaß dabei. Beobachtungen zu Positionen und Schmerzen: Dusche, beim Stehen: tut deutlich weniger weh, aber ich empfinde immer noch keine Lust. Auf dem Bauch: mittelmäßig schmerzhaft, ebenfalls kein Spaß. Missionar: bekommen wir nicht hin. Andere Positionen (Cowboy) sind für mich zu anstrengend. Ich kann nicht toppen, da ich nach einer Brustoperation (Nuss-OP) deutlich weniger Kraft habe. Und mein Penis zu groß für ihm ist. Er hat eine leichte Krümmung nach oben, ungefähr normal, nicht extrem, aber spürbar beim Eindringen. Und egal wir er reingeht habe ich einfach eine druck das macht unangenehm Ich möchte wissen: Welche medizinischen Ursachen möglich sind (z. B. Muskelverkrampfung, kleine Risse, gereizte Schleimhaut, Hämorrhoiden). Welche Schritte oder Therapien helfen können, damit Analverkehr schmerzfrei und lustvoll möglich wird.
