how to reduce hairfall and buildups and balance my hormones - #10150
Hi, I’m Amira. I have seborrheic dermatitis. My scalp has buildup problems — it becomes greasy, not dry. My ears sometimes have white, dry skin that comes off. I have had severe hair fall for around 3–4 years now. Everything I use works only once; it feels like my scalp adapts quickly and then stops responding. I also have reproductive issues, like spotting after my periods. For context, I am not married, and I am 24 years old. I did tests for autoimmune diseases and thyroid, and they were normal. I have tried everything for my hair fall problem, including medicated shampoos, but nothing worked. Someone recommended caprylic acid supplements, but unfortunately they are not available in my country. I have tried external treatments but they didn’t work, so now I am thinking about supplements. Can you please prescribe me something? I would be grateful.
